Okay so my awesome friend Catherine recently started a diet and alas i have fallen off the wagon. I have the opposite problem of Cat, she tends to eat a little more then necessary while i do the opposite. I tend to only have one meal a day and i force myself to eat waaaay more than i should at that meal. Because of this i am eating way to many calories at once so my body is producing more fat AND by only eating once i day i do not keep my metabolism up. (a girl in my class is a nutrition major and is graduating in December so i feel this advice is accurate) So what i have to do is force myself to eat more often and in smaller portions every day. I also asked for a special workout equipment thing from my parents for Christmas since i have an extremely difficult time working out because i have a bad back(my back randomly spazes when i twist it the wrong way, it is a long story)

So here is my new step by step guide to eating better

Step 1 - before i go to bed i am going to make 2 half peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (or tune because i'm allowed to cheat a little)
Step 2 - fill snack bags with goodies like grapes or cereal
Step 3 - not be so fickle and BUY SNACK FOOD!

So now every day i eat a sandwich on my way to class, i have a snack bag for class and sandwich on the way home! that is at least 5 hours of my day where i eat small portions of food often. I'm not super worried about making all of my meals healthy but i think this will help. I already walk my roommates dog most days and i park far away for school/errands but i just don't lose weight. Hopefully this will help.

So Halloween was pretty fun. I went to a costume party the day before and, needless-to-say, Halloween was spent in recuperation. I can't find my pictures yet but i know they will sprout up on facebook soon enough and i can add one in here. I went as a mummy! It was super cute and all thanks to cat, she helped me construct the majority of my costume!

oh and the most amazing thing happened  few days ago... A NEW EPISODE OF GOOD EATS!!!

Not only did he do a Halloween special but he made candy corn... CANDY CORN >,<


btw it is my favorite candy in the corn family.

okay i'm spent, i only got a few hours of sleep last night because chris had the tv at a deafening 45 volume! ... my tv only goes up to 70-ish. So i am gonna try to sleep for 3 hours before class. lame only 2 pictures i know and i have the complete inability of drawing a balding chibi alton >,< he is still cute though!!
